For lack of having anything better to write about I, Chels, have decided to do the 30-day blog challenge.

But don't expect me to finish because I'm verrrrry good at quitting. It's a talent really.

DAY 1:

My day was dandy. I woke up late, ate a very BIG {but not very yummy} breakfast. Went to work, did lots and lots of boring stuff like work and such. Ate some Panda Ex for lunch. {Twas the best meal I've had all day-chow mein & orange chicken baby!} And then I came home and did some more deep cleaning of my room & danced around in my underwear.

DID I JUST SAY THAT!?!

But man, very fun.

Anyways! Now I'm going to go be with my best friend. Erron boy!

Ethan gave me a "Candy Jar" for my birthday!

He said "yeah, mom said I had to use up all the parmesan cheese so that I could use the bottle, so I had to eat lots of cheese...."

OH and by the way, BOY am I an old foggie now...
THREE of my good friends from high school have come/are coming home this week. And that doesn't even include who is back already/who is coming home in a couple weeks {Craig}. I'm so excited! I can't believe my life has come so far.

Today I woke up.

Today I drank water.

Today I washed my face.

Today I did not brush my teeth.

Today I put on make-up.

Today I wore a bun in my hair.

Today I ate a breadstick for breakfast.

Today I drove to work at the dry cleaners.

Today I clocked-in.

Today I took my new dress to the dry cleaners to have some grease taken out.

Today I did my job. 

Diligently.

Today I ate ravioli's from Olive Garden for lunch.

Today I clocked out.

Today I drove home.

Today I made wedding plans.

Today I changed my blog.

Today I took a picture of me pointing to my bun. {As seen above.}

Today I wrote this blog.

And now, today, I am off to enjoy life.

CLT night out

You know when you just need those nights to yourself?

I just had one of those.

It was INCREDIBLE!

So I was planning on hanging out with my old friend Riley who just returned from a mission, but after thinking long and hard about it I realized that I needed to take the time to just have fun with ME!

To treat myself to a stress-free adventurous evening. 

I planned on going running on some hiking trails in SLC, but then decided to just tour the city. 

I found this fantastic place that sells everything British.

And I helped a hobo with directions.

I'm so happy that I took this night to rediscover myself.

Highlights included:

Cathedral of the Madeline. Love this place!

Visitors center at Temple Square

Walking around Temple Square. That place is SO pretty!

Sites all over the city. SLC is BEAUTIFUL!
